Did you know all the great services your library offers?

Books Print and Digital available for check out and request. Want a book we don’t have? Ask us to request an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and we’ll get it for you!

Printing Print from any of our public computers or bring a flash drive to connect to the copier. Black and white prints are $0.10 per page and color prints are $0.50 per page. Double sided printing is available.

Scanning Scanning is completely free at FCPL! Just send your scans to your email address or save them to a flash drive.

Faxing Faxes can be sent and received, $1.00 per page.

Meeting spaces We have meeting spaces available in the library. Meeting spaces are free to use but all meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. Please keep in mind that library use of meeting spaces takes precedence over outside groups. Contact the Library, Eastpoint or Carrabelle to verify the date requested is available. Reserving meeting rooms is required.

Meeting Room Policy

Public Computers Computers are available for use by the public in the library. Franklin County residents must have a library card to access the public computers. Guest passes can be issued for non-residents.

Website Accessibility Policy

Franklin County Public Library is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Franklin County Public Library has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.

Compliance Officer

Franklin County Public Library has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.

This site may also include documents provided by third parties included in our agenda packets, for example.
